La Casita del Paseo can be rented for a minimum 3-night stay. The service included in our rates is daily cleaning, breakfast, fresh linen and towels. More services are available on request.
Reservation & Payment
La Casita del Paseo requires a 50% first payment to secure the booking. Upon receipt of that payment we will confirm your stay and send you an info pack with relevant information about the activities available to you. No later than 3 weeks prior arrival we will require the total balance payment together with a USD 500 refundable security deposit given back to you at departure upon satisfactory inspection of the property.
Cancellations
US$ 150 minimum charge on any cancellation.
50% non-refundable charge if client cancels at least 30 days prior to arrival
75% non-refundable charge if client cencels less than 30 days prior arrival
