La Casita del Paseo is a century old stone-built property in the center of Merida.  It has high wooden beam ceilings, thick walls and hand-made tile floors.  The property is totally remodelled and gracefully decorated, retaining its original essence throughout both the interior and exterior, with large bright rooms and all modern facilities such as air-conditioning, broadband internet and a cinema projector.

The house has an entrance/library room, two air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room, a porch leading to the garden and a 21-feet swimming pool.  Upstairs is the roof terrace, the perfect place to have a drink under the stars.

The master bedroom has a four-poster king size bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, a confortable leather chair, a desk with TV, stereo and a computer connected to broadband internet.  The second bedroom is spacious and it has two single beds, although a double bed can be arranged on request.

The kitchen is hacienda style with polished concrete counter-tops, talavera tiles and a cozy breakfast table.  Next is the dining room, always lit with natural light and seating six confortably.

The air-conditioned living room at the end of the garden has surrounding glass walls, with the swimming pool on one side and the garden on the other.  You can watch movies on an 80 inch cinema screen (some DVDs are provided), listen to music or browse through one of our colourful coffee table books.
